About Missy
I’m Missy Farrow, a Gen X kid who grew up with corded phones, answering machines, and floppy disks… and fell head over heels when social media showed up. (Yes, Tom from MySpace was my first friend. Yes, I still smile about it.)
When Facebook launched business pages, something clicked. I saw how small businesses could finally show up, connect, and grow without shouting. My very first client was my dad, a realtor who needed a Facebook page and Mfarrow Social Media was born. Since then, my team and I have helped business owners turn “posting because I should” into “posting with purpose”: clear messaging, consistent content, and real results.
Here’s what matters most to me: you feeling confident and supported. Social shouldn’t steal your time or your joy. We keep it simple, strategic, and human so your brand sounds like you, shows up consistently, and attracts the right people. You run the business. We run the socials.
And yes, after all these years, every time we hit “post,” I still whisper “yay.” Because helping your work find its people never gets old.

Susan Bray – Creative Operations Assistant
Susan Bray is the glue that holds our creative chaos together. From wrangling props for photo and video shoots to conjuring up brilliant content ideas, Susan does it all. When she’s not busy brainstorming ideas for the next awesome campaign, she’s probably deep in the internet rabbit hole, researching the latest trends or uncovering hidden gems. With her infectious enthusiasm and knack for connecting with anyone, Susan is the life of the party (at least in our office).
